The FCW02 is a fully automatic 6-spindle CNC flyer type coil winding machine originally designed for the production of small and medium sized components like SMD inductors, DVD optical pickup, and focusing coil of digital camera.

 

Options include the addition of hot-press spot welding system and the build up of system for winding and welding with bobbin load/un-load.

 

AC servo motors give fast and reliable positioning of the spindle and wire guide.

TNK's G2 controller with PC interface gives a graphical programming environment that will be familiar for any computer user and machine programmer.
